And I am duly impressed at an 8 ft tall plant that you grew from a cutting. Wow, indeed. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583909057979337233.post-40534859301813042032011-03-09T13:01:33.669-05:002011-03-09T13:01:33.669-05:00Hi Dawn...Two good choices. It is pretty tough though considering how tropical it is.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01106128705768954876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583909057979337233.post-43559653613920225292011-03-09T08:44:15.636-05:002011-03-09T08:44:15.636-05:00Thanks for visiting from across the 'Pond'...Thanks for visiting from across the 'Pond' Mark!
I love your blog and the photography. I am going to try and "chit" some potatoes now I have read about it. Previously I just plunked them in the garden, they came up but oh-so-slowly!Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14873738272799176944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2583909057979337233.post-19418696372176310162011-03-09T02:22:18.475-05:002011-03-09T02:22:18.475-05:00Hey, Dawn, I wish I had been aware of your blog so...Hey, Dawn, I wish I had been aware of your blog sooner! How nice to find someone who is as interested as I am in growing veg - most people (bloggers, anyway) seem to be primarily interested in ornamentals. I'm the other way round: mostly I am a veg gardener, though I also appreciate flowers.
I love your idea of the drip-feed mechanism for the tomatoes. Probably not required for me here in the UK yet, but with climate change having its effect, anything could happen!Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.com
